Katy Independent School District KEYS PROGRAM (Keep Encouraging Youth Toward Success) KEEPING THE PROMISE
You can be a sponsor of student scholarships at one of our new sponsorship levels. KEYS mentors make a promise to their students to spend one hour per week with them, during the school day, during the school year.We promise these students that if they stay in the program through their senior year, they will be eligible to apply for a KEYS Scholarship. In the past six years we have awarded $77,000 to graduating KEYS seniors.This May we will have 37 KEYS seniors – four times as many as last May.Help us “Keep the Promise” by supporting the KEYS Scholarship Fund. The KEYS scholarship Fund is a part of the Katy Independent School District and, as such, donations are tax deductible.
